KPIT Technologies, a global automotive and mobility software company, was struggling with an outdated employee rewards and recognition program that relied on physical gifts, had poor vendor support, and delivered a frustrating employee experience. Their existing platform was not user-friendly, lacked nudges and social features, and led to low redemption rates and weaker employee satisfaction scores.

To address this, KPIT Technologies implemented Xoxoday’s Empuls for employee recognition, rewards, and surveys, replacing physical gifting with a global e-voucher catalog and multi-currency redemption. Xoxoday’s Empuls also added social recognition, nudges, townhall groups, and survey capabilities, helping KPIT roll out R&R across global offices, improve participation, and raise quarterly rewards budgets from 15–20 lakhs to nearly 45 lakhs while significantly increasing peer-to-peer appreciations.
