Moldtelecom, the largest telecommunications company in Moldova with about 2,000 employees, had previously used XOR to automate candidate screening and scheduling but needed a way to improve communication with a mixed remote and in‑office workforce. They engaged XOR to extend its automation into employee communications by deploying a chatbot and mobile survey as part of an automated HR workflow.

XOR built an information‑hub chatbot and proactive mobile survey to answer FAQs, share benefits and remote‑working updates, and collect COVID‑19 concerns so employees could reply from phones or computers. In the first survey 938 employees started and 557 completed (59%); after XOR streamlined the workflow, 366 of 366 employees completed the survey (100%), enabling faster responses, improved employee engagement, and increased retention while ensuring workforce health and readiness.
