HYDRO-VACUUM S.A., a leading Polish manufacturer of pumps with more than 400 employees and operations in over 40 countries, needed a stronger way to protect its growing IT environment. As its infrastructure expanded to include endpoints, servers, VMware virtual machines, MSSQL and MySQL databases, and up to 120 TB of data, the company required a reliable Disaster Recovery and business continuity solution to guard against hardware failures, ransomware, human error, and downtime. Xopero was selected to help address these data protection challenges with Xopero Unified Protection (XUP).

Xopero implemented Xopero Unified Protection, a scalable appliance combining backup software, disk storage, archiving, and deduplication. The solution provided automated backups, immutable storage, WORM protection, AES 256 encryption, faster restoration through Instant Restore, and centralized management for the entire environment. As a result, HYDRO-VACUUM S.A. met its RTO and RPO targets, improved cyber resilience, and strengthened compliance and data security across its 120 TB environment.
