Ryvid’s Anthem EV Bike Races Through Production With Xometry's Horizontal Supply Chain

Ryvid, an innovator in the micromobility powersport space, needed a manufacturing partner to bring its first product, the Ryvid Anthem electric motorcycle, to market quickly while meeting complex design requirements and maintaining flexibility for future changes. To launch at speed and scale production, Ryvid turned to Xometry for manufacturing services including sheet metal fabrication, die casting, injection molding, CNC turning, and metal forging.

Xometry helped Ryvid produce parts for about 50% of the Ryvid Anthem, supporting a fast product launch and a more adaptable supply chain. By using Xometry’s horizontal supply chain and its flexible manufacturing network, Ryvid was able to reduce tooling constraints, streamline production, support sustainable manufacturing, and prepare to scale as demand grows.
