A Xometry Case Study
Zero Hour Parts, a machine shop founded in 2007, needed steady, varied work and a scalable quoting/pricing solution to accelerate growth beyond prototyping into short-run and larger production. They turned to Xometry, joining Xometry’s manufacturing Partner Network and using its job board and quoting/pricing system to access a wider range of work.
By partnering with Xometry and leveraging its Partner Network and revolutionary quoting/pricing, Zero Hour Parts began taking 1–15 jobs per day, grew to 27 machines and 40 employees, and became the first Xometry partner to earn $1 million in just 15 months. Xometry now represents about 15% of their business, and the shop is expanding its facility to take on even more jobs.
