The solution designed and built by Xmartlabs consisted of two core modules: an intelligent patient intake flow and an ambient AI transcription feature. The intake guided users through a conversational, under-five-minute process to articulate their concerns and build a personalized question list. The ambient AI securely captured and summarized the consultation against that list. Xmartlabs built the entire application with a privacy-first architecture, ensuring HIPAA-alignment and ephemeral audio processing, to demonstrate production-grade capability for healthcare AI.
