Fasten Health needed to enhance its personal health record platform by integrating an AI assistant to turn complex medical data into understandable insights for users, all while maintaining strict data privacy. Xmartlabs was engaged to run the AI product discovery and address the challenge of integrating this AI feature into the existing solution.

Xmartlabs conducted a combined product discovery and technical feasibility process, researching specialized medical Large Language Models and designing a flexible, privacy-focused RAG architecture. The solution, named Fasten Answers, allows users to control privacy levels and includes a design consistent with the existing platform. Xmartlabs delivered a comprehensive roadmap for implementation, paving the way for the successful deployment of the AI assistant.
