Kvinna till Kvinna, an organization that funds 130 women’s organisations across 10 conflict-affected countries, needed an accounting system that could track multiple grants across several hundred projects, ensure fast, reliable donor reporting and budget follow-up, and keep startup costs low. They selected Xledger’s cloud finance/accounting solution to meet these requirements.

Xledger implemented a cloud-based finance system with donor-agreement dimensions and remote access so local staff can participate in financial processes, enabling real-time control and simplified monitoring. As a result, Xledger reduced the quality-assured project reporting cycle from about two weeks to roughly three days, improved donor reporting and budget follow-up, and lowered the need for intensive IT support.
