Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, a regional conservation charity, needed a more versatile, scalable finance system after its legacy software left management accounts two to three months out of date and relied on slow, manual processes. To deliver multi-user, cloud-based access and real-time information across the organisation, the Trust implemented Xledger’s automated cloud-based finance system.
Xledger provided a multi‑tenanted cloud platform with end‑to‑end workflow automation, real‑time analytics and automated notifications, plus hands‑on consultant support and remote training. The change gave the Trust tighter control and freed finance staff for strategic work: 90% of staff report improvements, paper invoices and delayed reports have been eliminated, and during the COVID lockdown the team—despite furloughing 70% of staff—could reconfigure workflows in about half an hour, demonstrating Xledger’s measurable operational impact.
