CURE is the largest provider of specialty surgical care in the developing world, operating 10 hospitals, 226,000 surgeries and programs across 29 countries. Faced with an overly cumbersome on‑premise ERP, multiple bolt‑ons, paper‑based approvals and 45–60 day data lags that left headquarters without timely financial control or visibility into remote regions, CURE sought a modern solution from Xledger.

Xledger implemented its cloud ERP platform to deliver low‑bandwidth, real‑time financial and operational data, consolidated reporting, multi‑currency support and automation (bank reconciliation, document management and posting suggestions).
