CHOICE Humanitarian, a nonprofit running entrepreneurship and anti-poverty programs across eight countries, needed to replace disparate finance tools (QuickBooks in the US and varied systems elsewhere) to gain transparency, consolidate entities, support true multi-currency and multi-language operations, and improve project tracking and donor management. They selected Xledger’s cloud-based ERP to meet those goals and enable stronger reporting for pursuing larger multi-year grants.

Xledger implemented a single, native cloud multi-entity, multi-currency system with integrated donor management and robust project tracking. CHOICE has largely gone live in the US and is training non-US entities; Xledger has eliminated duplicate donation entry (no longer entering gifts into QuickBooks and a separate CRM) and greatly improved project tracking, enabling better consolidation and reporting and positioning CHOICE Humanitarian to pursue larger funding opportunities.
