American Soybean Association - Customer Case Study

The American Soybean Association (ASA), a 21,000-member trade group, needed to modernize its finance function to cut bank service fees on recurring transactions (wire transfers, ACH, positive-pay), streamline payables and reconciliations, and enable remote work during COVID. To address these challenges ASA implemented Xledger’s cloud-based financial software to replace legacy systems and centralize accounting processes.

Xledger delivered automated positive-pay and ACH file generation, paperless invoice workflows, real-time PDF backups, and workflow tracking, allowing ASA to secure weekly payment batches and upload files in the required formats.
