Oasen, a Dutch drinking water utility, needed to migrate its entire archive of records and metadata from its LiveLink system to Microsoft SharePoint Online. The challenge was to ensure the content remained available and accessible, which required specialized expertise and tooling beyond their initial migration efforts. They partnered with the vendor Xillio to handle this complex content migration.

Xillio implemented a solution to transform, prepare, and import the already-mapped data into the new platform. Through a transparent and cooperative partnership, Xillio successfully migrated 3.5 to 4 TB of content within two months. The result was that Oasen's complete archive, including all vital metadata, became fully accessible in SharePoint Online, ensuring the continued availability of critical documents for its employees.
