Community Preservation Corporation Migrates Loan Documents to Microsoft Sharepoint Online With Ease

The Community Preservation Corporation, a non-profit provider of affordable housing financing, faced challenges with its legacy IBM FileNet system, which had limited usability, poor search functionality, and required significant IT resources to manage. To improve the user experience and leverage cloud capabilities, CPC partnered with Xillio to migrate its 1.2 million loan documents to Microsoft SharePoint Online.

Xillio executed a controlled content migration, extracting data from the on-premise FileNet system and transferring it to a new, intuitive folder structure in SharePoint.
