Intelligent Media, an end-to-end digital signage solutions provider in Greece, faced significant challenges with its outdated and costly digital signage software. The solution lacked the versatility needed for expansion, struggled to adapt to a rapidly growing customer base across multiple locations, and could not reliably meet increasingly complex content requirements for its healthcare clients.

Xibo provided the solution with its open-source digital signage platform. Intelligent Media deployed a self-hosted network of 750 displays, primarily using Xibo for Android to convert existing TVs into functional digital signs. The implementation allowed for highly targeted communications and advertising. The reliability and versatility of Xibo enabled Intelligent Media to achieve measurable results, including a survey showing that 83% of viewers in one clinic agreed the digital signage made waiting times less stressful.
