Elvia PCB Group Improves Internal Communications with Xibo Digital Signage

Elvia PCB Group, a leading French manufacturer of printed circuit boards, faced a challenge with inefficient internal communications. As not all employees had email access, sharing company announcements and urgent production updates was difficult, leading to delays and reduced engagement. They sought a cost-effective digital signage solution from vendor Xibo to instantly distribute this vital information across their production facilities.

The solution implemented was a locally-hosted Xibo CMS with the Xibo for webOS Player, rolled out on forty-three displays across three facilities. This allowed Elvia to push real-time production orders and internal communications directly to screens. The results included significantly improved communication reach and efficiency. While full production data is still being collected, the internal communications manager prefers Xibo over the previous tool, and the vendor's solution is expected to reduce potential production delays.
