KHAITE, a luxury fashion brand specializing in women's ready-to-wear, sought to increase revenue and average order value (AOV) by enhancing its online shopping experience with individualized product curation. They partnered with vendor XGen Ai to implement a low-touch deployment for providing real-time, one-on-one recommendations to site visitors using the XPersonalize system.

XGen Ai integrated its solution and deployed dynamic recommendation elements to product pages and a new "Selected For You" page within a 7-day period. The results showed that XGen Ai's smart elements drove 7% of attributed revenue, and users who interacted with the recommendations had a 13% higher AOV than other visitors.
