The SLRB of Bahrain achieves higher efficiency using Xerox® Technology

The Survey & Land Registration Bureau, custodian of Bahrain’s property records and national mapping agency, faced slow, time‑consuming access to deteriorating paper registers (some dating to the 1930s), service delays and potential health hazards for users. To accelerate digital transformation and improve workflow automation, the Bureau selected Xerox DocuShare (Xerox® DocuShare® Content Management Platform) as its digitization partner.

Xerox DocuShare digitized and accurately indexed SLRB’s records, consolidating them into a secure central repository and enabling smart, controlled access from anywhere. As a result, the Survey & Land Registration Bureau achieved higher operational efficiency, faster decision making, minimized delays, easier retrieval through smart indexing, reduced physical handling of fragile records and overall time savings for staff and clients.
