State Senior Healthcare Improves Work Hours

State Senior Healthcare Group faced a challenge meeting new RFP-driven Service Level Agreements because assessors could not reliably enter assessment data when internet connectivity was unavailable. Xerox DocuShare (via the Xerox Solution Team) recommended the Xerox® Automated Intelligence Technology to give assessors an offline-capable automation tool for completing assessment and care-plan PDF forms in the field.

Xerox DocuShare implemented Xerox® Automated Intelligence Technology so assessors could complete Automated Intelligence PDF forms during home visits, then email the forms from the office for automatic data entry into the state’s personal care eligibility tool. The solution reduced manual rekeying, enabled assessments to be completed on the visit date, and led to assessors working significantly fewer hours after 5pm—improving SLA compliance and overall efficiency.
