Mengelers Groep, a family-owned car dealer for Toyota, Lexus and Suzuki with over forty-five years’ experience and more than eighty employees across three locations in south Limburg, faced a major records-management crisis when a network malfunction revealed that critical documents had been stored locally and were lost. Seeking a professional, backed-up digital archive, they first adopted a Xerox multifunctional with ScanFlowStore and in 2008 moved to a central document platform, selecting Xerox DocuShare to prevent future data loss and improve access.

Document House Limburg implemented Xerox DocuShare as a single archive for the three establishments and five companies, integrating the Xerox multifunctionals and ScanFlowStore and adding invoice automation with ReadSoft and Medius. As a result all contracts, invoices and emails are centrally searchable and accessible to management and administration, dramatically reducing duplicate paper copies, saving time for users, cutting costs and improving environmental performance; invoice processing is now automated and booked directly into the financial system.
