How the CTH Groupe streamlined its product information flow with Xerox® DocuShare®

CTH Groupe, a French company based in Romans-sur-Isère, needed a better way to manage rapidly changing product information as it expanded beyond agriculture into home improvement and renovations. Its teams were handling labels, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and product packshots across more than 250 product references and multiple languages, but updates were being tracked manually through paper markups and email, creating delays and error risks. Xerox DocuShare was brought in as the content management platform to centralize and secure these documents.

With Xerox DocuShare, CTH Groupe consolidated and classified its source and marketing documents, controlled access through permissions, and added check-in/check-out processes so teams always worked from the latest approved version. The result was better coordination across departments, reduced versioning mistakes, faster document handling, and improved safety. Adoption also grew over time, from 10 users to 30, and the platform became part of the company’s day-to-day workflow.
