Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, which serves five towns in Wales, needed a way to keep operations running during COVID-19 as staff moved to remote working. Xerox DocuShare implemented a digital mailroom in less than 10 days, sorting, scanning, indexing, and securely managing inbound mail from an ISO-accredited center while giving remote staff cloud access to documents.
