Arbet Aménagement sets up DocuShare and radically transforms its way of working

Arbet Aménagement, a French workspace design and supply company, was growing quickly but struggling with increasing amounts of paperwork, especially paper invoices and document searching. To modernize its processes and reduce time spent managing files, the company turned to Xerox DocuShare, an enterprise content management platform.

With help from Xerox partners ACB Group and e-Cervo, Arbet Aménagement implemented Xerox DocuShare to centralize information, digitize documents, and speed up search and retrieval. The result was an estimated 90% efficiency gain, with employees able to find documents and issue electronic invoices much faster, often in seconds.
