Xerox DocuShare (with DigiPath, Document Centre 432SLX and FlowPort scanning, supported by Xerox Business Services) gave employees and customers a single online catalog and ordering/shipping workflow. The deployment grew from 2,000 to over 30,000 documents, cut document storage space by 70%, reduced order fulfillment time by 80% (90% of orders now filled in one day, 100% within five days) and lowered operating costs by about 25%.
