Zodiac PrinterActive, a Mountain Top, PA print and communications company, needed to evolve from a traditional print service provider into a cross-media marketing services partner. To support that shift, the company worked with Xerox Corporation and began evaluating both its business strategy and its digital production capabilities, including the Xerox® Color Press 1000.

Xerox Corporation provided business development consulting through Donna Lepine and IMG’s Karen Keenan, delivering a business assessment, rebranding guidance, sales tools, and a 90-day action plan. Zodiac rebranded from Zodiac Printing Corp. to Zodiac Printeractive, launched new branding and marketing materials, and upgraded to the Xerox® Color Press 1000. The result was stronger sales activity, improved production reliability and quality, the ability to handle longer personalized direct mail runs, and a broader offering of design, printing, and digital strategies.
