International Hotel Corporation, a global hospitality company with executives traveling from South America and Europe to its North American headquarters, wanted a better way for senior staff to print from smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. The company turned to Xerox Corporation, its long-time technology partner, seeking a mobile printing solution that would fit its executive environment and showcase newer technology on its leadership floors.

Xerox Corporation implemented Xerox® Mobile Print Solution with two Xerox® WorkCentre® 6400 Color Multifunction Printers, one Xerox® ColorQube® 8900 Solid Ink Color Multifunction Printer, and ten Mobile Print licenses, beginning with a 90-day trial and then a phased rollout across headquarters locations. The solution was well received by executives, helped modernize an outdated and noncompliant print environment, and led to a broader phased-in deployment at worldwide and South American headquarters, while also opening new mobile print opportunities across hotel franchises.
