The result was over 75,000 documents processed, 100% of engagement files transformed into digital format, and retrieval times cut by 80% to instant access. The consulting firm also achieved 40% cost savings in document management operations, with a scalable transactional imaging model and ISO-based security and quality controls supporting future growth.
