Vilnius Tech Park - Customer Case Study

Vilnius Tech Park, an integrated ICT hub in Lithuania, required a reliable and sustainable printing infrastructure for its dynamic community of startups and entrepreneurs. Their challenge was to implement a system that offered secure printing, transparent cost allocation for changing clients, minimized waste, and required minimal internal IT support. Xerox Corporation, through its authorized partner BMK, addressed this with a proposal for its Xerox® Managed Print Services (MPS) solution.

The implemented Xerox solution involved installing new WorkCentre® multifunction printers with secure pull printing and mobile capabilities. The devices were connected to the Xerox® Global Contact Centre for proactive monitoring and support. This provided Vilnius Tech Park with full transparency and control over printing costs, allowing them to easily allocate expenses to each client. The results included eliminating major workflow disruptions, removing the need for an internal IT department to manage print, and achieving significant sustainability goals by minimizing waste.
