Turkcell, Turkey’s leading mobile communications provider, needed to modernize its print environment to better serve an increasingly mobile workforce and customer base. After an RFP and side-by-side demos, Turkcell evaluated Xerox and other vendors, looking for an easy-to-use, secure mobile printing solution that required no app installation and could provide secure access on local MFPs.

Xerox implemented Xerox® Mobile Print and Equitrac Express® across Turkcell’s environment, along with WorkCentre and Phaser devices and mobile print licenses. The deployment was completed in three months and led to a one-year rollout across more than 100 MFPs, 56 Phaser printers, and 150 mobile print licenses, helping Turkcell cut printing costs by 30% while improving security and operational efficiency.
