Tulane University, a long-established higher education institution, needed to keep pace with rapid change in student technology and campus growth while improving efficiency and controlling costs. Xerox Corporation partnered with Tulane to support this challenge through a centralized Document Services Center and workflow applications for managing campus print and document needs.

Xerox Corporation implemented a secure, scalable print and document environment using Xerox® ConnectKey®-enabled multifunction devices, remote device configuration, and mobile printing support. The solution delivered $1 million in savings over the life of the contract, improved productivity and security, and gave Tulane full black-and-white and color print services for more than 11,000 students and 4,400 faculty and staff.
