Trodat, a leading Romanian manufacturer of rubber stamps and business cards with 95 stores and kiosks, needed better control over a fragmented fleet of 85 printers and copiers from multiple vendors. The inconsistent, outdated equipment created poor visibility into document workflows, uneven print quality, higher maintenance costs, and support delays, so the company turned to Xerox Corporation for a more modern, manageable print environment.

Xerox Corporation replaced Trodat’s 15 device types with two standardized Xerox multifunction printers: Xerox WorkCentre 7225 color MFPs and Xerox WorkCentre 5325 mono MFPs, with 75 devices installed across the network. Xerox Device Manager was added for fleet monitoring, cost tracking, and reporting, while ConnectKey and security features improved mobile printing and data protection. As a result, Trodat simplified its document workflow, improved print quality and IT management, and expects cost reductions of 30% along with better productivity and tighter control over supplies and expenses.
