Totem, a commercial printing company, began as a computer graphics design and pre-press studio and needed to expand its digital printing capabilities to handle more sophisticated color applications, short-run work, and larger formats. As offset demand shifted and its existing provider could not support these needs, Totem turned to Xerox Corporation for a more productive digital printing solution.

Xerox Corporation implemented a Xerox® iGen4™ Diamond Edition, Xerox® 1300 Continuous Feed Printer, Xerox® Color 800 and Xerox® Color 1000 Presses, and Xerox® FreeFlow™ Process Manager™. The result was a broader product range, reduced operator intervention, less downtime, lower production costs, faster production, and maximized uptime, helping Totem print 50–60 million sheets per month and better serve export markets across Europe.
