State Senior Healthcare Group needed a way to help assessors complete required assessment forms when internet connectivity was unavailable. To meet new SLA-driven requirements from an RFP, the organization turned to Xerox Corporation and its Xerox® Automated Intelligence technology.

Xerox Corporation implemented Xerox® Automated Intelligence so assessors could complete PDF-based assessments during home visits without internet access, then email the forms back to be entered into the state’s personal care eligibility tool. The solution reduced manual work, enabled same-day in-home assessments, and significantly cut down the hours assessors had to work after 5 p.m.
