Europart, a leading European dealer in spare parts and accessories for commercial vehicles and buses, worked with Xerox Corporation to tackle the growing complexity and cost of document management across its international operation. With millions of delivery notes and invoices to process each year, plus high-volume catalogue and leaflet printing in 24 languages, Europart needed a way to standardise processes, improve efficiency, and create synergies across its business.
Xerox Corporation implemented a range of document services, including print services, managed print services, contact centre support, invoice processing with scanning and OCR, and an online portal for delivery note management. The result was a major reduction in document management costs from about €1.4 million to around €1 million, along with lower storage and postage costs, less manual work, greater cost transparency, and more efficient processes overall.
