Serbin Print Marketing & Publishing, a Sarasota-based commercial printer and strategic marketing firm, needed to reposition itself in the market from being seen mainly as a printer to being recognized as a marketing resource, especially within its not-for-profit vertical. To support that transition, the company turned to Xerox Corporation and Xerox® ProfitAccelerator® business development resources, along with XMPie® Circle™, to help build its marketing strategy and educational outreach.

Xerox Corporation helped Serbin design and execute “The Next-Level Workshop,” a personalized, multichannel campaign that included a message-in-a-bottle mailer, pop-up invitation, PURLs, email follow-up, and automated response paths. The effort delivered strong measurable results: 55% of invitees viewed the PURL, 29% registered, the event filled its 94-seat venue, and the campaign generated new jobs, six project quotes, seven follow-up meetings, and 31 new mailing list contacts.
