Renessanse Media AS, a Norwegian book manufacturer and print services provider, needed a cost-effective way to produce short reprints of the photo-rich cookbook “Kjartans Tango” without sacrificing the offset-quality images that publisher Gyldendal Versal Forlag expected. Using Xerox® FreeFlow® Core with Kodak® Prinergy® workflow integration, the team automated file handling and imposition, and the final books matched offset quality. The result was strong sales, multiple reprints, more business for Renessanse Media, and a projected 30% growth in its book printing business, with the printed book also serving as a sales sample for future work.
