Working with Xerox Corporation, the company needed a campaign that would do more than announce new offerings—it had to create a memorable, highly personalized experience that demonstrated what their new technology could do.

Xerox Corporation helped Progressive Communications launch a 1:1 direct marketing campaign built around XMPie tools, Adobe InDesign, Xerox iGen4 Digital Press, and Xerox FreeFlow Print Server. The multichannel effort included a mailer, email, personalized URL, QR code, and an ultra-personalized 12-month calendar, producing nearly a 17% response rate, an 11.5% registration rate, and a 68.49% conversion rate, while also earning Best-of-the-Best awards.
