Printeria, a commercial printing company in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, faced declining photo-printing demand, falling volumes, and rising production costs that had caused growth to plateau. To revitalize its business and expand into new market segments, Printeria needed to improve performance, service, support, maintenance requirements, and total cost of ownership. Xerox Corporation was the vendor behind the solution, working through PBS Group, its authorized distributor in the Dominican Republic, with Xerox® printing equipment as the core platform.

Xerox Corporation helped Printeria upgrade its operations with a Xerox® Color C75 press, additional Xerox® 1000 Color Press capability, and multiple Xerox® monochrome devices including Xerox® 4595CP and Xerox® D110CP units. Xerox also supported the company with sales workshops and a revised go-to-market strategy targeting retail and corporate clients. As a result, Printeria reported average growth of 25% over three years, expanded into other geographies, lowered costs through its service agreement, and gained the flexibility to handle color, monochrome, and high-volume centralized printing more efficiently.
