Xerox Corporation consolidated Pöyry’s fleet from 315 devices to 109, introduced Follow-You Printing and stronger access controls, and improved visibility into usage and costs while supporting mobile printing and proactive maintenance. The results were significant: print costs were projected to fall by 30%, CO2 emissions by 43%, accidental prints were eliminated, support calls were reduced, productivity improved, and security for client data was enhanced.
