Natura Reduces Print to Boost Growth

Natura Chile, the Chilean arm of the Brazilian cosmetics and personal care company Natura, needed to replace its existing fleet of laser multifunction printers as document volumes grew rapidly with the company’s 30% annual expansion. Focused on sustainable growth and environmental responsibility, Natura Chile sought a more efficient printing solution that could handle higher volumes while better supporting its business and sustainability goals. Xerox Corporation was brought in to help address this challenge with Managed Print Services and ColorQube technology.

Xerox Corporation implemented Xerox Managed Print Services with three ColorQube 9303 devices and five ColorQube 8900 MFPs, along with accounting software, across Natura Chile’s offices and warehouse. The solution helped the company reduce printing waste by almost 90%, lower energy use, cut printing costs significantly, save space, and improve productivity, while also supporting consistent service levels and easier management of print operations.
