Xerox Corporation worked with a top law firm in the legal industry that had expanded to more than 30 offices across 15 countries. The firm’s Santa Clara office needed a more reliable document processing solution because scanning and copying were inconsistent, scans were sometimes lost, image quality was critical for legal documents, and staff spent too much time manually reconciling pages and waiting on slow scanning.

Xerox Corporation, through MRC, implemented a complete print and scan solution including Xerox® 4112® Copier/Printers, Xerox® WorkCentre® 7665 and 7775 Multifunction Printers, Xerox® DocuMate® 765 Scanners, and Nuance eCopy software. After a successful trial, the firm rolled out the full solution and achieved a 17% increase in billable hours and a 32% reduction in wasted wait time, significantly improving operational efficiency.
