Case Study: M.I.W. Group boosts gift box appeal and packaging business with Xerox colour printing

M.I.W. Group Co., Ltd., a Bangkok-based graphic communications provider, wanted to create a distinctive holiday gift that its customers could present to their own clients while also showcasing M.I.W. Group’s packaging capabilities. The challenge was to design and print packaging that would stand out, increase the gift’s perceived value, and be sturdy enough to protect the contents during shipping and on display. Xerox Corporation’s digital printing technology was used for the project.

M.I.W. Group worked with Xerox Corporation to produce a festive personalized gift box for durian sticks, featuring a village street design, a red bow, and customized holiday greetings. The box was printed on a Xerox® Colour 1000 Press with an EFI™ Fiery® Digital Print Server. The result was a well-received gift package that impressed recipients and safely protected the product, helping M.I.W. Group expand its gift box business with pre-fabricated boxes, multiple holiday designs, and customized package runs as low as one.
