MIRACO Carrier’s productivity is boosted by 60% through Xerox® Managed Print Services

MIRACO Carrier, a Cairo-based air conditioning and refrigeration manufacturer and exclusive Carrier distributor in Egypt, was struggling with an inefficient print environment across 162 printers and 43 copiers from multiple vendors. The mixed fleet, broken and outdated devices, poor document security, and slow finance and purchasing workflows were hurting productivity and increasing costs. MIRACO Carrier turned to Xerox Corporation for a managed print services solution.

Xerox Corporation audited the environment, removed 105 old devices, and replaced them with 13 Xerox devices including Xerox WorkCentre 3025 and 7120 models, while also centralizing print management and security with Xerox ConnectKey software. Xerox also took over paper and consumables management through Techno-Office. As a result, MIRACO Carrier reduced its fleet to 80 printers and 20 copiers, improved finance and purchasing cycle speeds by 85%, and increased overall productivity by 60%, while strengthening security and freeing IT staff to focus on core tasks.
