Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation - Customer Case Study

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation launched New Educational Centers (NECs) in the Perm region and needed each of the 19 schools to have its own printing capability for timely, local production of teaching materials. Xerox Corporation was selected through the tender process to provide an in-house printing solution, including multifunction printers and post-printing equipment.

Xerox Corporation implemented mini print shops in all 19 NECs using Xerox WorkCentre 7525 multifunction printers, along with cutters, laminators, binders, staplers, training, and technical support. The new setup enabled fast black-and-white and color printing of study materials and school documents, reduced the cost of producing educational content, and gave students hands-on exposure to modern digital printing and publishing processes.
