Case Study: Tele Mail Cuts Costs by 30% with Xerox Digital Printing

A Xerox Corporation Case Study

Preview of the Tele Mail Case Study

Migrating to digital printing lowers client costs by 30% and generates new business

Tele Mail, headquartered in Alcobendas, Madrid, provides digital printing and personalized marketing services for clients in sectors such as financial services, insurance, and market research. The company faced a challenge helping the Accord Group move beyond static preprinted account statements, which offered little personalization or branding and required time-consuming handling of up to 50 different preprinted shells. Xerox Corporation’s Xerox® 980 Color Continuous Feed Printer was the key product involved.

Xerox Corporation helped Tele Mail replace offset printing with digital printing and variable composition using GMC Software Technology’s PrintNet T software. The new approach enabled highly personalized, segmented TransPromo statements tailored to customer demographics and purchasing habits, and it delivered a 30% reduction in production and mailing costs. The improved quality and flexibility also increased response rates and helped Tele Mail win three additional Accord Group brands, generating more business.
