The customer, M&BM Express, a national postal operator in Bulgaria, faced challenges managing its large, outdated, and multi-brand printing fleet. With over 300 devices from various suppliers, the company struggled with high maintenance, multiple invoices, and inefficient processes. Seeking to reduce costs and standardize operations, especially during a move to a new headquarters, M&BM Express turned to Xerox and its partner, M&BM Ltd., to implement a Xerox® Managed Print Services (MPS) solution.

Xerox, through its partner, optimized the fleet by replacing old devices with new Xerox multifunction printers and implemented the Xerox Global Contact Centre for remote monitoring. This provided a single point of contact and proactive maintenance. The solution resulted in a 20% reduction in printing costs, 98% equipment uptime, and gave the company full visibility and control over its print environment, allowing staff to focus on core business activities.
