London Olympic and Paralympic Games needed a highly reliable back-office print service to support the 2012 Games, from secure accreditation passes to rapid results printing and distribution across venues. Xerox Corporation was selected to provide the print-related services and support needed for this large-scale, time-critical event.

Xerox Corporation implemented a broad print solution that included bespoke accreditation printing software, results printing, on-demand printing across more than 100 venues, mobile printing for the press, and on-site backup devices with support staff and roving engineers. The results were strong: more than 650,000 accreditation passes were securely printed, millions of results were produced, close to 4,500 devices were deployed and managed, and the Games were supported with no major print issues while also helping control costs and support sustainability.
