Lindner Hotels & Resorts, a 34-property hotel group across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, needed a better way to serve business travelers and reduce guest frustration around document printing. Working with Xerox Corporation, the company looked for a more convenient and innovative printing option to replace limited USB- or network-based print access.

Xerox Corporation implemented the Xerox® Mobile Print Solution alongside new Xerox® MFPs, including WorkCentre® and ColorQube® devices, enabling guests to print from smartphones and laptops without a direct connection. The solution also improved secure printing through email-based release codes and gave employees more flexible printing access. As a result, Lindner Hotels & Resorts reported happier guests, greater workforce efficiency, and a stronger competitive position, with the rollout already completed at headquarters and one hotel and planned for the remaining properties.
