A Xerox Corporation Case Study
Latcham Direct, Ltd., a Bristol-based marketing services provider, worked with Virgin Holidays to create a personalized “Total Rewards” benefits statement campaign that would help employees better understand their company benefits. The challenge was to deliver a secure, brand-compliant, multichannel experience accessible on PC, mobile, and tablet, while making the information engaging and easy to understand. Xerox Corporation’s XMPie and digital print technology were part of the solution.
Xerox Corporation helped Latcham Direct deliver printed statements and emails that directed employees to personalized microsites optimized for both mobile and desktop use, using XMPie Circle, XMPie PersonalEffect, Xerox iGen4 Digital Press, and FreeFlow tools. The visually rich campaign, featuring charts, graphs, and easy-to-read benefits information, was very well received and improved employee understanding and engagement; Virgin also used follow-up emails to boost site visits. For Latcham Direct, the project showcased its online/offline integration capabilities and helped open the door to more multichannel business.
