Xerox Corporation implemented a Next Generation Xerox® Managed Print Services solution that consolidated devices, enabled Follow-You Printing™ with PIV card and PIN authentication, improved print oversight, and added proactive device management through Xerox® Device Management tools. The agency reduced costs by moving from a 1:1 employee-to-device ratio to 11:1, lowered downtime and IT support needs, improved security, and decreased overall printing through better visibility and control.
